Biography A Midwestern girl with a hearty Midwestern work ethic, C.L.Meisinger graduated with a B.A. in art from the University Wisconsin Stevens Point in 2005. Immediately after graduating, C.L participated in her first international art exhibition in Munich, Germany and illustrated the children’s book, “Leopold und das Regenbogenkind” published in 2006. C.L was awarded the McKnight/ARAC career development grant in both 2006 and 2008. She was granted an artist in residency in 2006 at Nokomis Studios in Minnesota, and in 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her work has shown in amateur and prestigious group and solo exhibitions across the Midwest and on the West Coast, including exhibition The Default Project debuting at Found Gallery as part of the Spacial Reconstruction Project in Los Angeles, CA.
